wHO CAN ATTEND MOVE CONF?

Move Conference is a student conference for Junior High and High School students from Grades 6 through 12, along with their youth leaders.

Will move Conf be online?

Move Conference will only be held in-person at The City Church of Mississauga.

WHAT ARE THE DATES OF MOVE CONF?

Move Conference is happening from Friday October 4th (evening), to Saturday, October 5th (all day). Check out our schedule for more details.

WHERE WILL MOVE CONF BE HELD?

Move Conference will be held at The City Church at 2700 Argentia Road in Mississauga, Ontario.

WHAT IS THE COST OF MOVE CONF?

Early Bird registration is $50 and lasts until August 31. Starting September 1st until the conference, the price will increase to $65.00.

Do I need to print my tickets?

Nope! Your confirmation email is all that is required in order to check in for the conference. Upon check-in you will receive entry wristbands for your entire group. These wristbands will need to remain on each attendee's wrist throughout the conference.

ARE THERE ANY DAY OR SESSION PASSES AVAILABLE?

At this time, we are only offering full conference passes.

How can I get reserved seats for my group?

All seating for Move Conference is first come, first served.

WHERE DO I PARK?

The City Church has plenty of parking for their building.

WILL FOOD BE PROVIDED?

We are planning to have food on-site. Stay tuned for more details!

IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY REGISTRATION CAN I GET A REFUND?

We understand that unforeseen events may necessitate canceling your registration, but refunds are not available.
